Google+ was built on the idea that some things you want to share with the world and others you want to share with smaller groups. This app makes it easier to see which posts are filling your feed. If a post is marked "Limited" across the top, this app adds the count of people who could see it. Also, if there are 5 or fewer people the post is shared with the whole post will be shaded to stand out above the rest.
